Return Process

  Contact our support team within the designated approval period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping carton with all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
